Some folks have a couple of talents, but then there's Hugh Jackman. This guy seems to excel at everything he tries. And guess what? He can now add basketball tricks to his list of accomplishments. Yep, the man of many talents recently showed off some impressive moves on the court.
Hugh Jackman Meets the Harlem Globetrotters
Picture this: a 50-year-old Australian actor finds himself backstage at Madison Square Garden during a New York Knicks game. Hugh Jackman was hanging out with two Harlem Globetrotter legends, Cheese Chisholm and Hot Shot Swanson. The Knicks were losing, and Hugh needed a little pick-me-up. So, he decided to try something daring—he attempted to replicate a trick Cheese had just pulled off: spinning the ball around his body. Let's just say it was a moment that brought a smile to everyone's face.

Not Bad for a Rookie
Alright, so Hugh didn't exactly bring the house down with his tricks, but let's be real—this is a guy who probably never tried anything like this before, and yet he pulled off some decent moves. Not everyone can say that. Hugh has already proven himself as an actor, singer, dancer, and prankster. Now, he can add "basketball trickster" to his resume. Later, Hugh shared a heartwarming story about seeing the Globetrotters play in Australia when he was a kid. He was utterly amazed by their incredible talent, and it seems like that admiration has stuck with him all these years.

Hugh's Bond Regret
Even though Hugh showed off some skills with a basketball, the Globetrotters didn't offer him a spot on their team. We're guessing Hugh would have said yes, especially since he once turned down another big opportunity: the role of James Bond. Hugh shared, “I was like, ‘It’s not for me.’ Anyway, so I go to see Casino Royale and I was like, ‘Oops.’” He quickly thought, “Oh s–t,” and wished he had taken the gig. Now, we're all wondering if Hugh's next role will involve basketball tricks while ordering a martini, shaken, not stirred.
