Television personality Joanna Gaines is absolutely beaming with joy after welcoming her fifth child, Crew Gaines, into the world alongside her husband, Chip Gaines, back in late June. The beloved stars of "Fixer Upper" couldn’t wait to share the exciting news with their fans. Just moments after Crew's arrival, Joanna took to Instagram to announce the birth and posted some of the most adorable pictures of her newborn son that left fans swooning.
Fast forward just a week after his birth, Joanna took another delightful moment to share a heartwarming photo of her precious little boy. This time, Crew was captured peacefully resting in a charming rocking chair, nestled right in his nursery. I'm sure Joanna's run it through her head 6,000 times how she wants to do it," Jimmy said. And it seems like the result is nothing short of perfection!
It’s been eight years since Joanna and Chip welcomed their last child, and Joanna recently admitted to People magazine that she almost forgot how to care for a newborn. "I have forgotten almost everything, so it feels brand new. I tell Chip that I feel 25, and in my mind, there's something about it that gives me an extra kick in my step," she shared. Reflecting on the wide age gap between her children, Joanna added, "We think about things like when Emmie goes off to college this little one will only be 10. It's just crazy to think how wide that gap is, but Chip just loves hanging out with the kids, and it’s just such a sweet thing." Joanna and Chip are clearly ready to embrace this new chapter of parenthood with open arms.
