“This move makes perfect sense. At the very least, it limits the damage already done to Hoda and Kathie Lee. Maybe with a stronger lead-in from Today at 9 a.m., they’ll regain some of the viewers they’ve lost since Megyn went on air,” an insider shared. Given the rumors swirling around the tensions between Hoda, Savannah Guthrie, and Megyn, it seems the rating struggles are only adding to the drama.

She’s ready to exercise her newfound power by telling [Megyn] to get with the program. The feud has turned nasty,” the source added.
