Still Thrilled After All These Years
Speaking at the Accessories Council’s ACE Awards in NYC on Monday, Aug. 7, Brooke couldn’t hide her excitement. “Modeling now has been absolutely great—it’s very positive,” she said with a big smile. “It’s incredible that after 37 years, people are still interested! It feels just as exciting as when I started. You know, fashion evolves, but the passion stays the same.”

Back to Her Calvin Klein Roots
Who could forget Brooke’s iconic Calvin Klein ads from the '80s? At just 15, she was the face of those provocative commercials that made everyone talk. Fast forward to today, and she’s back at it, starring in Calvin Klein’s latest lingerie campaign. “It was groundbreaking then, and it feels just as fresh now,” she explained. “I’m so grateful to still be part of that world.”

Protecting Her Daughters From the Spotlight
While Brooke’s had a remarkable career, she’s not in a hurry for her daughters, Rowan, 14, and Grier, 11, to step into the spotlight. “I want them to enjoy being kids,” she said. “They’ve got plenty of time to focus on their careers later. Right now, they should be busy with school, friends, and activities. Their schedules are already full!”

It’s no surprise that Brooke’s so protective of her kids. Earlier this year, she shared that no matter how successful she becomes, her children will always be her top priority. “Being with my children is one of the purest joys in my life,” she gushed. “But, let’s be honest, I’ve also found a lot of happiness in my career. Modeling is the world where I feel most at home.”
