Hey there, friends! Guess what? Paula Abdul is back in the spotlight, and she's having the time of her life. After a 25-year break, she’s hitting the stage again, and it’s proving to be an unforgettable journey. But let’s be real, getting back into the groove after such a long hiatus? Not exactly a walk in the park.
“I’m having serious conversations with my body, like, ‘We’ve got to make this happen,’” Paula, now 54, revealed in a recent chat. “It’s no joke, especially as you get older. I’m pulling off moves I did 28 years ago, and it’s kind of wild!”

A Look Back at Paula's Last Tour
For those of you who don’t remember, Paula’s last tour was the Under My Spell Tour, which ran from 1991 to 1992. This current tour kicked off in May and wraps up in July 2017. But let’s rewind for a moment. After that last tour, Paula took a well-deserved break of six and a half years due to some injuries. Then came American Idol, which consumed almost a decade of her life. She’s also been involved in various television projects since then.
“I just missed it, you know? I miss my fans who have been with me from the very beginning. There’s nothing like the connection you have with your audience,” Paula shared with E! News.
