Michael Bublé has been through quite the rollercoaster these past few years. On one hand, he's continued to achieve great success in the music world. But on the other, he's faced personal challenges, including his son battling cancer. Despite all the ups and downs, it's no surprise that Michael leans heavily on his family and places them at the top of his priority list. And guess what? His family has embraced a healthy lifestyle when it comes to food choices.

Family Time Takes Center Stage

The 43-year-old recently opened up to The Mirror about his family life and how he balances his career with personal time. He gave a glimpse into his daily routine, saying, “We pick the kids up from school at 2 p.m. and head over to see my grandpa. He’s 91 years old, and he absolutely loves spending time with them whenever we’re in Canada.” Michael added, “My mom and dad often come over to our house, and we’ll all go shopping or head to the park to play some games. I’m a huge hockey fan, but my boys are all about soccer. They call it football because of their Argentinian roots.” Interestingly, Michael and his family don’t have to travel far to enjoy hockey.

Life at Home with an Ice Rink

“I have an ice rink right in my house,” Michael revealed. “I play ice hockey to stay fit, and I absolutely love it. You know, I hate the gym—those minutes drag on forever—but I can break a great sweat on the ice.” Michael continued, “My wife is super healthy, so lunch is usually beef with salad or chicken salad. Sometimes it’s fish and salad. Yeah, it’s a lot of salad!” Michael has been married to Argentine actress Luisana Lopilato since 2011, and together they have three children: 5-year-old Noah, 2-year-old Elias, and 4-month-old Vida.

    Healthy Living and Family Dinners

Things have gotten so health-conscious in Michael’s household that a hot dinner feels like ancient history. “I don’t think I’ve eaten a hot dinner in about five years,” the "Haven’t Met You Yet" singer confessed. “We all eat together as a family at 6 p.m. (more salad!). I’ll watch cartoons with the boys before giving them a bath and reading to them in bed at 8:30 p.m.” Michael also mentioned, “Since Vida was born, Lu and I have to work harder to find some time alone, especially while she’s locked into breastfeeding.”

But even with all the chaos, Michael ensures that his music career never comes before his family. He explained, “My family comes before my career. I’ll tour for three weeks, then take two weeks off. It’s important for me to be fulfilled, and I enjoy bringing happiness and joy to this wonderfully cynical world, but never at the expense of my family and friendships.”
