That Special Morning

Erin explained in her post that she had a feeling something was up when she started feeling unusually tired. On the morning of May 14, she decided to take a pregnancy test. When the results came back positive, she rushed straight to bed to wake up Ben. She wrote, "Through half-open eyes, the reality started to wake him up. He wrapped his huge, heavy arms around me and held me so close and said, 'Everything is going to be great.' And we cried." It's such a beautiful moment, isn't it?

Ben’s Excitement

Ben, who is known for his incredible woodwork, wasted no time in getting started on plans for the baby’s crib. Less than an hour after finding out he’d be a dad, he was already sketching ideas. It’s clear that Ben is already embracing his role as a father-to-be. Erin couldn’t help but gush about him in her post. "Thank you for making me a mother, Ben," she wrote. "Thank you for your heart and your love that's big enough to carry Helen and I both, and for holding my hand every step of the way."
