Why ‘Saved by the Bell’ Fans Shouldn’t Hold Their Breath for a Revival
Let's take a trip down memory lane, shall we? Back in the day, there was nothing like tuning into Saved by the Bell to catch up with the gang at Bayside High. Whether it was Zack's antics, Slater's charm, or Kelly's style, the show was a cultural phenomenon. But here's the thing: the golden days of Bayside are officially in the past. Actress Tiffani Thiessen, who brought the iconic Kelly Kapowski to life, recently dished on why a reunion isn’t in the cards during an exclusive interview with Closer Weekly.
In her candid conversation, Tiffani explained that the cast isn’t exactly itching to rehash their high school days. "None of us have any desire or could even do that. Most of us are doing other things anyway," she said. It seems like the crew is content focusing on their current projects and passions. But before you get too down, Tiffani did share a fun tidbit: "Our best reunion was doing something with [The Tonight Show With] Jimmy Fallon, and just before that, we got together and did a People magazine cover. That was plenty for us!"

What’s Next for Tiffani Thiessen?
While the doors may be closed on a Saved by the Bell reunion, Tiffani’s career is still going strong. Fans of the actress will be thrilled to know that she’s set to appear in a new Netflix comedy series called Alexa & Katie. "That will hopefully be premiering early next year, it looks like maybe March," Tiffani revealed. In the show, she plays the mother of one of the leads. "It’s called Alexa & Katie. I play the mother of Alexa, and the series is about two girls embarking into high school as best friends. It's a heartwarming story that dives into friendship, family, and all the ups and downs of growing up," she explained. If that doesn’t get you excited, I don’t know what will!
