Now, you might have heard the buzz about Bobby Brown being on the list, but according to Us Weekly, he decided to sit this one out. “Bobby Brown was initially set to join the cast of this new season of DWTS, but ultimately opted out,” a source revealed. Guess we’ll have to wait for another season to see him shake things up!
Who Are the Pros Leading the Dance Floor?
Season 25 is bringing back a dream team of professional dancers, and fans are thrilled! Returning favorites include Mark Ballas, Lindsay Arnold, Gleb Savchenko, Sharna Burgess, Val Chmerkovskiy, Emma Slater, Keo Motsepe, Witney Carson, Alan Bersten, Artem Chigvintsev, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Cheryl Burke, and Peta Murgatroyd. While we’re excited to see these pros back in action, it’s bittersweet to note that Jenna Johnson and Sasha Farber have been moved to the troupe this season.

Will Derek Hough Be Back in the Spotlight?
As much as we’d love to see Derek Hough back on the floor, it seems this season won’t be happening. In a recent interview, Derek joked that he’d only return if paired with none other than Celine Dion. But hey, priorities, right? Derek stepped away from the show in Season 24 to judge World of Dance alongside J.Lo, and it looks like he’s got his hands full with that again. Plus, he’s been busy touring with his sister Julianne and promoting his new book, Taking the Lead. And speaking of Julianne, she won’t be returning as a judge this season either — rumor has it, she and her husband Brooks Laich are focusing on their new marriage.
Despite the absence, Derek remains a proud supporter of the show. “I adore the show and everyone involved. It’s been an incredible journey for me,” he told Entertainment Tonight. “It’s kind of bittersweet because it was my last performance, but I’m grateful for all the memories.” When asked about a potential comeback, Derek left the door open. “I’m not ruling anything out. The show means the world to me, and I’ll always support it,” he shared.
Who Walked Away with the Mirror Ball Last Season?
Last season, it was former NFL star Rashad Jennings who dazzled the judges and viewers alike, ultimately claiming the coveted Mirror Ball Trophy alongside his pro partner, Emma Slater. Their chemistry and talent were undeniable, and their victory was well-deserved. Now, it’s time to see who will rise to the top this year!
